Project description

This role requires a highly accountable Testing Lead to manage and oversee test planning and execution across multiple integrated systems. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring end-to-end quality by coordinating with cross-functional teams, driving test strategy, and ensuring seamless integration testing. The position blends strong testing expertise with project management-level ownership and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead integration test planning across multiple interconnected systems.
  • Define test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with project objectives.
  • Coordinate with development, business, and operations teams to ensure test coverage and readiness.
  • Oversee execution of integration, regression, and end-to-end testing activities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the testing lifecycle, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Provide clear reporting on test progress, quality metrics, and release readiness to stakeholders.
  • Foster accountability and ensure quality gates are met before production releases.
  • Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement in test processes and practices.

SKILLS

Must have

  • 8+ years of overall experience with strong expertise in test planning, test strategy, and integration testing.
  • Proven ability to manage testing across multiple systems and dependencies.
  • Strong project management-level skills: planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Hands-on experience in coordinating large-scale testing programs or projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and accountability mindset.

Nice to have


• Domain experience in financial services or capital markets.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks and tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience in working with distributed/global teams.
