Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve the supplier portfolio by adding more PBSA/HMO providers for top Universities across UK by understanding the Business needs.
  • Should be able to efficiently manage the contracts with the providers.
  • Representing University Living at various education fairs, ensuring that the products, services, and product lines that fall under their brand resonate with current and potential Clients.
  • Ensure process documentation and cascade of the processes to the Sales team to facilitate the booking process.
  • Should be able to act quickly on ad-hoc requirements.
  • Provide training to the FTEs as and when it is needed.
  • Should be able to independently create Dashboards, MBR and QBR.

Required Skills:

  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivation to work independently and with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to new and evolving processes.
  • Must be flexible with shift timings & week offs.

Work Experience:

5-8 years of experience in the following skill sets:

  • Supply Management
  • Contract Management
  • Process Design and Documentation
  • Process Training
