
Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer

This is a remote position, however, the candidate is required to work during night IST to support US operation.
We are seeking a highly versatile and dynamic Office Administrator and Multi-Role Assistant to join our team at . This position is integral to the smooth operation of our health-technology platform, involving a diverse range of responsibilities, including sales, marketing, design, calling, follow-ups, and more. The ideal candidate will be a proactive multitasker with a passion for healthcare technology and exceptional organizational skills.
Role & responsibilities
- Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads. Prepare marketing materials and presentations.
- Designing: Must have knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects
- Communication and Follow-ups: Handle communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Efficiently manage follow-ups to ensure timely responses and action.
- Client Relations: Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and guiding them through our services.
- Administrative Duties: Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Project Coordination: Assist in project management, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines and to required standards.
- Team Support: Provide support to various teams as needed, helping in areas like inventory management, medical billing, and patient scheduling.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on sales, marketing, and other operational activities.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating events, webinars, and meetings.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role with varied responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- A keen interest in healthcare technology and staying updated with industry trends.
