Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Associate. The Inside Sales Associate will focus on engaging with potential clients to generate leads and build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities to grow the customer base, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role requires effective communication and collaboration with the sales and marketing team to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Account Management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management tools
  • Previous experience in the tech or SaaS industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
