  • Optimize posts for maximum engagement (captions, hooks, thumbnails, timing).
  • Track analytics & suggest improvements for better performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in creating viral reels/shorts with good views.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts & Twitter content style.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and aesthetics.
  • Basic to advanced video editing skills.
  • Consistency & ability to deliver within deadlines.
  • AI knowledge, Strong communication, Strong Accent

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in influencer marketing/collaborations.
