ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Product Owner:
  • Strong in Crew Domain.
  • Create visual and contextual user stories, define clear DoD.
  • User Stories to be broken down by tasks visually.
  • Preferable to have experience using Claude AI.
Architect:
  • Should be architecturally sound from IG, shall work in very close partnership with Rajeevs team.
  • Product/domain knowledge is required. Can be shared role.
Technical Lead:
  • Java tech stack, use the Corporate Framework.
  • Uses AI Langchain, Langflow suite.
  • Deployment model: Bedrock (AWS).
  • Should be good at Flight Ops domain.
Engineers:
  • Java tech stack full-stack developers.
  • Prompt-based, very backend-focused.
Automation Engineer:
  • AI automation engineer using Langfuse.
AIOps:
  • Experience in setting up pipelines in AWS - Langchain.
  • Deployment model is AWS Bedrock.
