Social Media Marketing Manager – Travel & Hospitality

Job Description:

We are looking for a
Social Media Marketing Manager
with at least 1 year of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy. In this role, you will lead our online presence across platforms, create engaging content that resonates with travelers, and grow our brand community. You will also collaborate closely with the marketing and customer experience teams to design campaigns that inspire travel, build loyalty, and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
  • Create compelling and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Creating interesting reels and posting trip stories in a fun and interactive manner
  • Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns, track audience growth, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and platform updates to continually optimize social media strategies.
  • Manage partnerships with creators, influencers, and travel communities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1
    year of experience
    in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content trends.
  • Proven ability to grow followers, engagement, and community presence.
  • Creative storyteller with strong copywriting skills.
  • Experience in
    travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
    is a big plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage campaigns end-to-end.

Compensation & Benefits (for Pune market):

  • Annual CTC:
    ₹3.5L onwards (depending on experience & proven track record).
