EBD Groups is a reputed Builders & Developers firm based in Calicut, delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and client satisfaction. We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Architect to join our growing team. The candidate will work closely with our senior architects, engineers, and design team to support planning, designing, and execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare 2D/3D drawings, layouts, and working plans using AutoCAD and related software.
  • Work closely with architects and engineers to convert concepts into technical drawings.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards.
  • Assist in quantity take-offs, BOQs, and design modifications.
  • Support site team with updated drawings when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Draftsmanship
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, or other design software preferred.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
