Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chinese Interpreter based in New Delhi. The Chinese Interpreter will provide accurate and effective translation and interpretation services from Chinese to English and vice versa. Daily tasks will include interpreting verbal conversations, translating written documents, facilitating communication between teams, and assisting with cross-cultural communication in business settings.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Chinese and English, with demonstrated translation and interpretation skills
  • Strong understanding of cultural nuances and ability to bridge communication gaps
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  • Background in business or technical terminology is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, Linguistics, Translation Studies, or related field
  • Prior experience in translation, interpretation, or similar roles is highly desirable
