Unistanz Software Pvt Ltd ) is hiring an Accounts Executive for manual accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, data entry, payables, vendor reconciliation, and PO/PR/SRN/GRN handling. This role is not into core accounting. Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems will be an added

advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process invoices and billing accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform data entry for financial and accounting records.
  • Manage accounts payable, including vendor payments and expense tracking.
  • Handle Purchase Orders (PO) and Purchase Requisitions (PR) creation, tracking, and coordination.
  • Knwoledge/ Experience with Store Receipt Notes (SRN) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) to match goods received with invoices.
  • Support manual accounting entries and maintain documentation.
  • Maintain and update records in SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve invoice or payment queries.
  • Assist in report preparation and ensure compliance with company accounting procedures.
