Key Responsibilities Handle procurement activities for electrical items, equipment, and materials related to solar projects. Evaluate vendor quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure cost-effective procurement. Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for solar and electrical projects. Ensure timely procurement of HT & LT panels, transformers, cables, switchgear, and line materials. Coordinate with the project team for technical specifications and vendor approvals. Maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Track purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory to meet project timelines. Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of suppliers. Support in contract finalization and ensure smooth supply chain management
