Your Role
The PMO Analyst will play a critical role in supporting project governance and financial operations within a dynamic business environment. This position involves managing key processes such as SOW/MSA documentation, timesheet reconciliation, purchase orders, invoicing, and expense tracking. The role requires strong analytical skills for performing revenue, cost, and margin analysis, as well as maintaining accurate MIS reports and trackers. The PMO Analyst will also handle communication and query resolution, ensure quality control, and identify opportunities for process automation. Success in this role demands advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, excellent communication skills.

- Contract & Documentation Management:
- SOW/MSA Management
- Financial & Operational Management:
- Timesheet Management and Reconciliation
- Purchase Order (PO) Management
- Invoice Management
- Forecast vs Actual Analysis
- Revenue/Cost/Contribution Margin (CM) Analysis
- Knowledge of AR/AP/WIP/BIA processes
- Expense Management
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintenance of trackers for MIS reporting
- Quality control checks
- Communication & Support:
- Mail handling and query resolution
- Process Improvement:
- Identify automation opportunities and implement appropriate solutions
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience:
- 2–4 years overall experience
- Minimum 1 year as PMO preferred
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with GFS (Global Financial System) is an added advantage
- Soft Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- High adaptability to new technologies and dynamic business environments
- Other:
- Flexible to work in a 24×7 environment
