We are looking for a skilled Laravel Backend Developer with strong experience in building secure APIs, database design, and payment gateway integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Design normalized database schemas (MySQL/Postgres), write optimized queries & indexes.
  • Build RESTful APIs with Laravel (routing, controllers, services, resources).
  • Implement authentication & role-based access control (Laravel Sanctum/Policies).
  • Handle file uploads/storage (S3, signed URLs, validation, virus scan).
  • Work with queues & workers (Redis + Horizon) for async tasks.
  • Integrate payment gateways (Razorpay/PayU/Stripe) with webhook handling & idempotency.
  • Develop state machines & event-driven workflows (order/payment lifecycles).
  • Use caching (Redis) and optimize performance for scale.
  • Write unit/feature tests, ensure code quality with CI/CD.
  • Apply security best practices (CSRF, XSS, SQLi prevention, data encryption).

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of , React, or other frontend frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience with AWS, DigitalOcean, or cloud hosting is a bonus.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
