Laravel Backend Developer

We are looking for a skilled Laravel Backend Developer with strong experience in building secure APIs, database design, and payment gateway integration.
Responsibilities:
- Design normalized database schemas (MySQL/Postgres), write optimized queries & indexes.
- Build RESTful APIs with Laravel (routing, controllers, services, resources).
- Implement authentication & role-based access control (Laravel Sanctum/Policies).
- Handle file uploads/storage (S3, signed URLs, validation, virus scan).
- Work with queues & workers (Redis + Horizon) for async tasks.
- Integrate payment gateways (Razorpay/PayU/Stripe) with webhook handling & idempotency.
- Develop state machines & event-driven workflows (order/payment lifecycles).
- Use caching (Redis) and optimize performance for scale.
- Write unit/feature tests, ensure code quality with CI/CD.
- Apply security best practices (CSRF, XSS, SQLi prevention, data encryption).
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of , React, or other frontend frameworks is a plus.
- Experience with AWS, DigitalOcean, or cloud hosting is a bonus.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
