About the Role
We are a leading PAN India service organization looking for energetic and determined Business Development Executives to join our team, focusing on the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana markets. This role is primarily responsible for acquiring new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals, including freshers, to build a career in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Penetration: Actively identify, prospect, and acquire new businesses and service providers across assigned geographical areas.
- Territory Focus: Primary travel and sales responsibilities cover all locations across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
- Sales Execution: Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and revenue goals through direct field visits and client meetings.
- Client Relationship Management: Conduct professional product presentations, negotiate contracts, and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client feedback, and market intelligence using the company's CRM system.
- Emergency Closing Locations: Must be available for urgent assignments or business closings in key areas, including Tirupati, Sangareddy, and Vijayawada.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Age Limit: Candidates must be 30 years old or below.
- Language Fluency: Mandatory proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (verbal and written).
- Vehicle Requirement: Mandatory possession of a personal bike (two-wheeler) for field sales activities and market travel.
- Gender: This position is open to male candidates.
- Work Timings: Fixed day shift from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Weekends: Guaranteed Sunday fixed off.

Pay: ₹16, ₹23,000.00 per month
