Job Overview

As a Trainee, you will develop skills in salad preparation and kitchen operations while learning food safety fundamentals and contributing to meal production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn salad composition principles
  • Develop knowledge of menu items and preparation methods
  • Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Learn kitchen equipment use and maintenance
  • Assist with FIFO inventory management
  • Participate in kitchen sanitization
  • Learn essential food preparation techniques
  • Follow ingredient storage guidelines

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (culinary education a plus)
  • Kitchen experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Basic understanding of food preparation
  • Experience in working in teams and in following standardized instructions
