Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary, based in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, managing company filings, and preparing audit-ready financial reports. The role also involves drafting and reviewing agreements, advising on corporate governance, overseeing tax filings, and assisting with budgeting, funding structures, and financial planning. The individual will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver accuracy and efficiency in all operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks
  • Proficiency in financial planning, auditing, and budget preparation
  • Experience in agreement drafting, documentation, and legal compliance
  • Expertise in direct and indirect tax filings, tax compliance, and finance-related regulations
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage timelines effectively
  • Professional certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Company Secretary (CS)
  • Experience with consulting or advisory roles is a plus
  • Proficiency with accounting and compliance tools/software is desirable
