ABOUT THE IC3 MOVEMENT

With its mission to bring counseling in every school, the IC3 Movement, at its core, is dedicated to helping young people across the globe find career paths through education that will lead to fulfilled, happy and productive lives. Volunteer-driven events including the Annual IC3 Conferenc along with the non-profit IC3 Institu, support the IC3 Movement to empower every school to run a robust, fully functioning, career and college counseling department.

Inclusion and access are at the very heart of IC3. Propelled by a volunteer-based leadership community consisting of 1600+ volunteers from education and industry, IC3 is dedicated to support counseling in every school through research, free education, and training for teachers, counselors, and principals. The IC3 Movement engages educators and leaders across 90+ countries.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The IC3 Movement is seeking a dynamic, high-energy, growth-oriented individual to effectively manage the Operations department. Strong decision making and networking and relationship management skills would be the key areas for this role.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

· Organizational management

· Process definition and documentation

· Creating monthly status reports to improvise processes

· Implementing new and necessary technologies

· Setting and monitoring work plans and performance metrics

· Ensuring timely responses for requests for information

· Data gathering, analysis and planning strategies

· Leading operations for annual and weekly events across geographies

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree required or Master's degree preferable in business management, business administration or another related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in operations management, business administration and relevant field.

SKILLS: The candidate should be creative, forward-thinking individual with the proven ability to engage, influence and collaborate with colleagues and other key stakeholders.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization

· Have a strategic mindset, as well as strong critical thinking and project management skills. Quick learner, ability to assess situations and prompt decision making ability

· Technology proficiency including CRM, Powerpoint, Excel, project management tools, managing webinars etc.

· Work effectively under pressure, and with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organization skills

· Possess strong relational and interpersonal skills and maintain effective, professional, and cooperative working relationships to collaborate successfully

· The ability to work independently and as part of a team
