Role & Responsibilities:

Business Development

Identifying new business opportunities & seeking possibilities to expand existing Business

Assessing & reporting industry trends, market activities and competitors activity.

Developing and implementing sales strategy, promotional campaigns to boost sales.

Directing and coordinating all sales and technical activity for PH/PCO Market.

Provide training, consultation & advice to the sales team & Customers.

Analyzing the distribution reach and penetration of product in market by appointing new distributors or consolidating the distribution network.

Technical Services -

Lead Technical Services for Public health segment at field level, attending customer complaints i.e trouble shooting, lead/assist in new product development trials.

Identifying product improvements & communicating to the management

Has to be an Agri Graduate/Graduate with a qualification in Vector Control/Science with about 5 7 years work experience in the domain.
