UIUX Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on UI/UX design concepts, tools, and methodologies.
• Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and project briefs to align with industry standards.

• Provide hands-on guidance in using tools like Figma and other prototyping platforms
• Mentor students through their projects—offering constructive feedback on design decisions, usability, and overall presentation.

Essential Skillset/s:

• • 1+ years of experience in teaching UI/UX design
• Genuine passion for teaching

• Proven experience in UX research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis

• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies

• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience with prototyping tools and techniques
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects and process
• Previous teaching or training experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) will be an added advantage
