The HR Trainee / Intern will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR operations. This role is designed for freshers or students seeking practical HR experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Support onboarding and induction processes
  • Maintain employee data and HR documentation
  • Assist in attendance tracking and payroll support
  • Help with compliance and HR reports
  • Support employee engagement activities
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Graduate / MBA / BBA / HR students or freshers
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Willingness to learn and positive attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
