Role & responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain records in Excel with 100% accuracy.
  • Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Sumifs, Pivot Tables, ifs, Macros, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.) to organize and analyze data.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
  • Validate data, identify discrepancies, and correct errors to maintain data integrity.
  • Assist in inventory tracking, sales records, and financial data entries related to jewellery business.
  • Generate automated reports/dashboards for quick decision-making.
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams for timely updates of data.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce / Business Administration / IT (preferred).
  • Proven experience in data entry and Excel operations.
  • Strong command over Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUP, Sumifs, ifs, etc.).
  • Good typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle large datasets.

Work Conditions

  • Location: Mumbai (onsite at Zahairaa Jewellers office).
  • Working Hours: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).
  • Occasional extended hours during festive or peak business seasons.

  • Accuracy of data entry (> 98%).
  • Timeliness in updating daily records and reports.
  • Efficiency in generating automated reports and dashboards.
  • Minimal errors or discrepancies in submitted data.
