Position: UI/UX Designer (1-2 Years Experience)

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in designing seamless and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of modern design systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Design and prototype user interfaces for responsive web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve UI/UX.

Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Maintain consistency in visual design and branding across products.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills And Qualifications
1-2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design.

Ability to create and maintain design systems.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

A user-first mindset with a focus on problem-solving and usability.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with user research, A/B testing, and accessibility standards.

Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
