Job Description

  • Develop and implement high-quality UI components using modern front-end technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional user interfaces.
  • Optimise web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain and enhance existing UI frameworks to improve performance and reliability.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the software industry.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior UI Engineer should have:

  • Proficiency in front-end technologies like React, Next and Typescript.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • A strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
  • Problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
