The ideal candidate will coordinate security operations, enforce policies and procedures, and liaise with internal teams. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively during emergencies.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day security operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.Supervise security personnel, assign duties, and monitor their performance. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess security risks and recommend improvements.Respond to incidents, alarms, or emergencies promptly, ensuring safety protocols are followed.Manage access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and visitor and vendor registration processes.Maintain security reports, incident logs, and documentation for review and compliance.Assist in investigations related to security breaches, theft, or suspicious activities.Ensure proper maintenance of security equipment and coordinate with vendors for repairs or replacements.Support the planning and execution of Organization special events, ensuring all security requirements are met.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with any recognized university. experience fresher or little security operations.knowledge and basic computer knowledge.Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies effectively.Proficient in preparing reports, documentation, and presentations.Familiarity with security technology, CCTV, access control systems, and incident management software.Skills and Competencies: Leadership and team management Problem-solving and analytical thinking Attention to detail and vigilance Discretion and confidentiality Physical stamina and resilience Work Environment: The role may require irregular hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
