Job Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground handling team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clients' flights. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
  • Handle passenger inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Check and tag baggage according to airline regulations
  • Assist with boarding and deplaning processes
  • Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
  • Coordinate with other airport personnel to ensure timely and efficient flight operations
  • Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
