Genral Manager

Sales & Marketing Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Oversee marketing and advertising strategies to increase brand visibility.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Service & Operations Responsibilities

• Oversee the service department's operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality customer service.
• Manage technicians and coordinate repairs to ensure standards are met.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the service department.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, while minimizing comebacks.

Management & Financial Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the activities of the entire management team.
• Hire, train, and motivate department managers, conducting performance evaluations.
• Monitor financial performance, including profit and loss, and review departmental forecasts with the comptroller and office manager.
• Develop strategic plans to increase profitability and customer retention across the dealership.
• Manage vehicle inventory levels to optimize sales and profitability

Pay: ₹40, ₹65,000.00 per month
