Job Brief:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Android Native Developer to join our team. As an Android Native Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality native Android applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-friendly mobile solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop native Android applications from concept to deployment, ensuring high performance, reliability, and excellent user experience.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Java or Kotlin programming languages.
  • Implement and integrate APIs and third-party libraries to enhance application functionality.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application stability and quality.
  • Optimize application performance and efficiency, ensuring compatibility with a variety of Android devices and versions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Android development trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges.
  • Document application features, functionalities, and development processes.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven work experience as an Android Native Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your Android applications.
  • Proficiency in Java or Kotlin programming languages for Android app development.
  • Strong understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and development tools.
  • Knowledge of Android architectural patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVP) and best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and bug tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of web services.
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to implement UI designs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
