Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Analyst with 4+ years of experience to manage and optimize Management Information Systems. The role involves data collection, analysis, reporting, and delivering actionable insights to support business decisions.

This position offers opportunities to collaborate with leadership and contribute to improving operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Design and automate dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.
  • Analyze data trends to improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data gathering and reporting needs
  • Prepare presentations for management review

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, or related field
  • 4-8 years of proven experience in MIS or data analysis roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), SQL, and BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and effective stakeholder management.
