Eduflair is hiring a strong
B2C Sales Leader
to take full ownership of our sales function. This role requires someone who can
drive numbers daily
, manage a large team, and deliver consistent admissions.

What You Will Do

  1. Lead a 20–30 member sales team with multiple Team Leads
  2. Drive daily/weekly/monthly admissions targets
  3. Enforce sales discipline, follow-up hygiene & CRM accuracy
  4. Train counselors on scripts, objection handling & closing
  5. Review daily numbers, performance, and pipeline health
  6. Ensure strong execution of webinars, walk-ins & sales activities
  7. Report performance and strategy updates to the COO
  8. Own the numbers — no excuses

Who We Are Looking For

  • 5–12 years of
    B2C sales leadership
    experience
  • Preferably from
    Education / EdTech / Training
  • Managed
    large teams (20–30 people)
  • Strong closing skills & public speaking ability
  • High energy, assertive, execution-focused leader
  • Comfortable working in a
    target-driven, high-pressure
    environment
  • Must work
    on-site at Calicut HQ
