Eduflair is hiring a strong
B2C Sales Leader
to take full ownership of our sales function. This role requires someone who can
drive numbers daily
, manage a large team, and deliver consistent admissions.
What You Will Do
- Lead a 20–30 member sales team with multiple Team Leads
- Drive daily/weekly/monthly admissions targets
- Enforce sales discipline, follow-up hygiene & CRM accuracy
- Train counselors on scripts, objection handling & closing
- Review daily numbers, performance, and pipeline health
- Ensure strong execution of webinars, walk-ins & sales activities
- Report performance and strategy updates to the COO
- Own the numbers — no excuses
Who We Are Looking For
- 5–12 years of
B2C sales leadership
experience - Preferably from
Education / EdTech / Training - Managed
large teams (20–30 people) - Strong closing skills & public speaking ability
- High energy, assertive, execution-focused leader
- Comfortable working in a
target-driven, high-pressure
environment - Must work
on-site at Calicut HQ
