Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Selenium Automation Engineer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automation testing, test strategy development, and integration of automation into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Selenium (Java/Python/C#).
  • Develop robust automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams to understand requirements and create effective automation solutions.
  • Ensure automation coverage for new features, regression suites, and critical workflows.
  • Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Perform root cause analysis of defects and work with the development team to resolve issues.
  • Maintain documentation of test cases, frameworks, and processes.
  • Continuously improve automation strategies by adopting best practices, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver automation.
  • Strong programming skills in Java / Python / C# (choose based on your stack).
  • Proficient in TestNG / JUnit / NUnit or similar testing frameworks.
  • Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks (Hybrid, POM, BDD with Cucumber).
  • Good knowledge of API automation (e.g., RestAssured, Postman, Karate).
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
  • Solid understanding of defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹70,000.00 per month
