Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced
C# .NET Desktop Application Developer
to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in building, enhancing, and maintaining Windows desktop applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core, WPF, or WinForms. The role involves understanding business requirements, implementing robust technical solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain desktop applications using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core.
  • Work with
    WinForms, WPF, or MAUI (optional)
    to build modern and responsive UI.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following industry best practices.
  • Integrate applications with databases (SQL Server, SQLite, or others).
  • Implement APIs, services, and third-party integrations where needed.
  • Debug, test, and troubleshoot application issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including design documents and user guides.
  • Collaborate closely with QA, UI/UX, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Support deployment, releases, and post-production maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience
    in C# and .NET development.
  • Strong knowledge of
    WinForms or WPF
    (experience with both is a plus).
  • Good understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.
  • Experience with
    SQL Server
    or similar relational databases.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like
    Git
    .
  • Experience with debugging tools, performance optimization, and exception handling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with .NET 6/7/8, MAUI, or cross-platform desktop development.
  • Familiarity with MVVM architecture.
  • Knowledge of messaging queues, sockets, or hardware device communication.
  • Basic understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and build tools.
  • Experience in developing Windows Services or background tasks
