Key Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping and Accounting:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Post journal entries and prepare trial balances.
  • Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, customer ledgers, and supplier ledgers.
  • Tax Compliance:
  • Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Support the preparation of income tax filings for clients.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Client Coordination:
  • Interact with clients to gather financial data and resolve queries.
  • Provide support in responding to auditor queries.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain organized financial files and records, both physical and digital.
  • Assist senior accountants and managers in ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: CA Intermediate
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an accounting or related role, preferably in a Chartered Accountancy (CA) firm.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, or Zoho Books).
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and income tax laws.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5, ₹7,500.00 per month
