Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CCTV Technician & IT Hardware professional based in Delhi, India. The responsibilities include installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems and IT hardware. The role also involves diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer support, and ensuring smooth operation of all hardware and surveillance systems. Additionally, the candidate will assist in training users on system functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support to resolve hardware or software issues efficiently
  • Foundational knowledge of Information Technology, including hardware and network systems
  • Experience in Customer Service and a strong focus on delivering excellent support to clients
  • Capability to provide clear and effective Training to users on systems and processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Previous experience in CCTV installation and IT hardware maintenance is highly beneficial
  • Basic understanding of network configuration and security systems is a plus
