Role & responsibilities

Are you an experienced Software Tester who thrives on catching bugs before release? We are looking for someone like you to help us test a modern web application. Seeking a detail-oriented Software Tester to ensure the quality and functionality of our IT project. What you will be doing:

  • Design, write, and execute detailed test cases (manual and/or automated)
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
  • Document bugs and issues clearly and concisely in the Monday Dev
  • Collaborate with developers and the project manager to prioritise and resolve defects
  • Contribute to test automation strategy and implementation (if applicable)
  • Maintain and improve QA documentation and test scripts

What were looking for:

  • Proven experience as a QA Tester, Software Tester, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools
  • Experience testinin g web applications
  • Familiarity with bug tracking systems
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
  • Sydney, Australia friendly time zone
