Business Development Executive

What You'll Do
- Identify, bid, and secure projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Write persuasive, client-focused proposals and understand project requirements
- Engage with clients through calls, chats, and emails to close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery
- Contribute ideas for sales campaigns and business growth strategies
What We're Looking For
- 0–4 years of experience in IT / Digital Marketing / Software sales (freshers and interns encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and craft winning proposals
- Knowledge of IT services, digital marketing, or lead generation campaigns (a plus)
- Willingness to work in US, UK, Egypt, and Germany shift timings
