Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The role involves conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior projects for residential, commercial, and corporate spaces. The candidate will be responsible for space planning, material selection, client presentations, and coordinating with vendors and site teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare
    2D layouts, detailed working drawings, and construction drawings
    using AutoCAD.
  • Develop
    3D views, perspectives, and realistic renderings
    for presentations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetic designs.
  • Create BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site supervisors for smooth project execution.
  • Ensure accuracy in measurements, drawings, and site implementation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in design software and materials.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in
    Interior Design / Architecture
    .
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD 2D & 3D
    (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of
    SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop
    is an added advantage.
  • Strong ability to prepare
    detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations
    .
  • Good understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture layouts.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in
    commercial turnkey projects

  • On-site coordination experience.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
