Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Chef located in Bengaluru North. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. Daily tasks will include measuring and mixing ingredients, preparing doughs and batters, decorating pastries using various techniques, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, managing inventory of supplies, and collaborating with other kitchen staff to develop new recipes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Bakery, Baking, and Culinary Skills
• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in pastry decoration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef is preferred
• Relevant culinary education or certification
