Salary: ₹1.20 lakh – ₹2.50 lakh per month (Based on experience and performance)

Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated IVF Consultant to lead our fertility centre in Deoghar, Jharkhand as the Centre Head. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all clinical and operational aspects of the centre, ensuring high standards of patient care and successful fertility outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead consultant for all IVF and infertility treatment plans.
  • Perform and supervise all ART procedures including IUI, IVF, ICSI, oocyte retrievals, and embryo transfers.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the IVF centre, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
  • Maintain strict compliance with ART regulations and internal protocols.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to medical, embryology, and nursing staff.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, patient follow-up, and outcome tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and support external outreach activities.
  • Drive clinical excellence and achieve performance targets of the centre.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBBS with MS/MD in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
  • Fellowship or Certification in Reproductive Medicine (Preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IVF/ART procedures.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and patient management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management capabilities.
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Deoghar, Jharkhand.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: ₹1.20 lakh – ₹2.50 lakh per month (Based on experience and performance)
