EbizON is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in SEO project management to lead our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing SEO-driven digital campaigns, handling multiple international clients, and mentoring teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Understand client goals, challenges, and opportunities to develop effective SEO and digital marketing strategies.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists and digital marketing executives to execute successful campaigns.
• Oversee team performance, provide feedback, and ensure continuous skill enhancement.

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to drive organic traffic and lead growth.
• Coordinate with content, development, and analytics teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all campaigns.
• Stay updated with algorithm changes and digital marketing trends to proactively adapt strategies.

Campaign Management

• Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, and social media to enhance brand visibility and conversions.
• Track KPIs such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.

Reporting & Analysis

• Analyze campaign performance, prepare client reports, and present actionable insights.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive measurable outcomes.

Innovation & Strategy

• Identify new growth opportunities and suggest innovative approaches to improve client results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong focus on SEO management.
• Proven experience leading a team of 3–8 members and managing multiple client accounts.
• Excellent understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
• Candidates from CBSE or ICSE boards only.
