We are looking for a talented WordPress Developer to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects. Job Description: As a WordPress Developer at our startup, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our websites built on the WordPress platform. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Meeting with clients to discuss website design and function. 2. Designing and building the website front -end. 3. Designing and managing the website back -end including database and server integration. 4. Generating custom WordPress themes and plugins. 5. Conducting website performance tests. 6. Troubleshooting content issues. 7. Conducting WordPress training sessions with clients. 8. Monitoring the performance of live websites. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a WordPress Developer. - Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development. - Strong understanding of responsive design principles. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. - Experience with e -commerce platforms such as WooCommerce. - Understanding of website security best practices. - Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Personal Attributes: - A fast learner with a strong desire to keep up with industry trends and technologies. - A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong sense of ownership and responsibility towards project delivery. - Passionate about mentoring and helping team members grow. - Excellent time -management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong business acumen and understanding of the importance of delivering value to customers.
