Position Overview:We invite applications from committed educators for the role of Assistant Professor in Economics and History. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong academic foundation in social sciences and a background in education, possessing both B.Ed and M.Ed qualifications. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching future educators, curriculum planning, and promoting scholarly research in their domains.

Key Responsibilities:Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Economics, History, and Education-related pedagogy. Design and deliver curriculum that integrates theoretical knowledge with practical application, specifically for teacher education programs (e.g., B.Ed, M.Ed). Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and internships.

Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools aligned with NCTE and UGC norms. Conduct workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to enhance academic enrichment. Contribute to research publications, curriculum development, and institutional academic initiatives.

Mentor and support students in their academic and professional development. Qualifications:NET/SET/Ph. D. in Education or a relevant subject will be preferred, as per UGC norms.

Master's degree in Economics or History from a recognized university with at least 55% marks. B.Ed and Master Degree in relevant subject are mandatory. Experience:Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in higher education or teacher training institutions.

Demonstrated experience in lesson planning, research, and academic administration.
