Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Learn to prepare and serve a range of beverages, including specialty coffees and teas, according to recipes.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions about the menu, take orders accurately, and provide a positive and engaging experience.
• Order & Payment Processing: Efficiently take orders, suggest menu items, and handle payments using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Station & Equipment Maintenance: Keep the coffee bar and other work areas clean, and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Food Service: Assist with serving pastries, cookies, and other prepared food items.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
