Hiring for Travel Support Voice Process

Location: Gurugram

Experience: Minimum 6 months in travel customer service.

Job Description:

Join our travel support team and assist customers with their travel-related queries, bookings, and concerns. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in the travel domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls regarding travel bookings and inquiries
  • Provide accurate information on itineraries, cancellations, rescheduling, and general travel queries
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to manage customer interactions with empathy and clarity.
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs (including night shifts for male candidates)
  • Female candidates will work only in day shifts.

  • Travel allowance will be provided for male candidates working night shifts.

  • Working Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational weekly off)
