Job Title: QA/QC Engineer

Location: Vadodara / Ahmadabad / Surat

Job summary:

We are hiring a Diploma & BE (Mechanical or Electrical) graduate for our Quality Assurance / Quality Control team. The role will support quality inspections, documentation, non-conformity handling and help ensure the manufacturing output meets the required standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibility:

  • Perform in-process and final product inspections as per quality plans and standards.
  • Support root cause analysis of non-conformities, assist corrective & preventive action (CAPA) implementation.
  • Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and ensure traceability of products.
  • Coordinate with production and design teams for quality improvements and feedback loops.
  • Ensure compliance with quality system requirements (ISO, IATF, etc.), assist audits.

Mandatory skills:

  • Diploma & BE Mechanical or BE Electrical.
  • Basic knowledge of quality tools (e.g., 5S, PPAP, FMEA, SPC) beneficial.
  • Ability to read drawings, use measuring instruments, identify defects.
  • Good documentation skills, attention to detail.
