Role Overview
The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The role requires strong proficiency in and for frontend development, and Python frameworks (Django/FastAPI) for backend services. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient software solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using and
  • Design, build, and maintain backend applications using Python (Django/FastAPI).
  • Create and optimize RESTful APIs and ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend components.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for improved database performance.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and leverage AI-assisted development tools for efficient coding and automation.
  • Collaborate with Operations, CRM, and Business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning of existing systems.
  • (Good to Have) Manage deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions, Docker, and AWS/GCP.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of full stack development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with , , Python (Django/FastAPI), and REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database optimization techniques.
  • Experience with API integrations and AI-assisted development tools.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred Skills (Good To Have)

  • Experience with GitHub Actions, Docker, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP).
  • Prior exposure to production support and debugging live systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
