About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in IT Sales through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn Recruiter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and generating revenue through effective proposal writing and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and opportunities from Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Write effective and customized proposals for IT projects and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
- Identify and onboard potential clients for IT development, digital marketing, or technology-based services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international and domestic clients.
- Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to understand project scope and deliverables.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business trends and potential areas of growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and performance metrics.
Key Skills & Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven experience in IT Sales or Business Development using Upwork, Freelancer, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development, or digital solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to craft compelling bids and proposals.
- Proficient in client communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
