Role Overview

We're looking for a
Graphic Designer
who can bring our brand to life across digital, print, and video platforms.

You'll work closely with the marketing and operations teams to create engaging visuals that communicate our energy, purpose, and impact.

This role is ideal for someone who loves startups, enjoys experimenting with creative ideas, and can translate bold visions into striking visuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging creatives for
    social media, campaigns, and website.
  • Create visually compelling
    presentations, brochures, and course materials.
  • Support
    brand identity
    consistency across all communication channels.
  • Assist in designing
    event collaterals
    — banners, backdrops, merchandise, etc.
  • (Preferred) Edit
    short videos/reels
    for marketing and event highlights.
  • Collaborate with mentors, marketing, and operations to maintain a cohesive visual style.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite / Canva / Figma.
  • Strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Basic
    video editing
    skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
  • Good communication and attention to detail.
  • Bonus: Photography or motion graphics experience.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in design, preferably in a startup or creative agency.
  • Portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
  • A self-starter with the ability to take feedback, iterate fast, and deliver quality.
