Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IELTS Trainer, located in Bengaluru. The IELTS Trainer will be responsible for preparing and delivering structured lessons to students aiming to take the IELTS exam. The role involves designing lesson plans, assessing student performance, providing feedback for improvement, and tailoring training methodologies to meet diverse student needs. The role also includes helping students enhance their fluency and proficiency in English to achieve their desired IELTS scores.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in English teaching and experience in teaching English as a foreign language.
  • Skills in lesson planning and creating structured content tailored to meet learning objectives.
  • Solid understanding and experience with the IELTS examination format and requirements.
  • Experience in teaching and guiding diverse groups of students effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A certification in TEFL/TESOL or equivalent qualifications is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
