Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the packing department.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate packaging activities to meet production and dispatch timelines.
  • Ensure packaging materials are available and meet the required specifications.
  • Monitor packing line performance and implement measures to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Maintain strict adherence to quality and hygiene standards (especially in food, pharma, or cosmetics industries).
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Train and supervise the packing team, ensuring proper skill development and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with production, quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
  • Analyze packing data and KPIs to drive productivity and identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle troubleshooting of packaging machinery in coordination with the maintenance team.
  • Oversee documentation and record-keeping related to packaging operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Engineering, Logistics, or relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience in packing operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or head role.
  • Must have working knowledge of Tally ERP (Inventory, Billing, Stock Management Modules).
  • Strong understanding of packaging techniques, materials, and safety standards.
  • Good knowledge of warehouse operations and coordination with logistics.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
