Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Analytics Architect with extensive experience in data strategy, implementation, and optimization across multiple web analytics platforms. This role requires a hands-on expert who can design scalable data frameworks, ensure customer identity resolution, and drive cross-channel mapping while maintaining privacy compliance. The ideal candidate will have architect-level certification in at least one of the core platforms and a strong understanding of data integration across digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics Strategy & Implementation

  • Develop and execute measurement strategies across analytics platforms such as GA360, GA4, Adobe Analytics, Launch, AEP - CJA, Web SDK & Mobile SDK, Tealium and others.
  • Design and implement server-side tagging solutions using GTM, Tealium, and Adobe Launch.
  • Establish and maintain data layers, ensuring consistency and accuracy across digital properties.

Hands-On Implementation & Innovation

  • Lead by example through active participation in analytics implementation.
  • Develop and deploy custom tags and scripts to address unique tracking requirements.
  • Experiment with emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance analytics capabilities.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Manage and mentor a team of analytics professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Provide training and guidance on best practices for analytics implementation and data governance.

Client Engagement & Consultation

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower clients in utilizing analytics tools effectively.

Performance Optimization & Reporting

  • Utilize reporting tools such as Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, and Power BI to generate actionable insights.
  • Monitor and optimize performance metrics, ensuring seamless analytics operations.

Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Technical Expertise

  • Extensive experience with Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Adobe Launch, GA360, Adobe Analytics, AEP and OneTrust.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with server-side tagging implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of data layer concepts and implementation strategies.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ).
  • Tealium Certified Professional.
  • Adobe Analytics Architect Certification.
  • Adobe Experience Platform – Architect Certification

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 8 years in digital analytics implementation, with at least 3 years in a team lead role.
  • Proven track record of managing complex analytics projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive experience in client-facing roles, providing consultation and training on analytics solutions.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Data Collection for scalable data capture.

Web Technologies

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS for custom tag implementations and data layer management.
  • Experience with Single Page Applications (SPA), handling virtual pageviews and Ajax-based transitions.

Analytics Platforms

  • Expertise in Google Analytics 360 (GA360), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Adobe Analytics for advanced reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience with Adobe Web SDK for integrating Adobe Analytics and other Experience Cloud solutions.

Data Visualization & Reporting

  • Skilled in creating dashboards and reports using Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Automation & Scripting

  • Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages for analytics workflows.
  • Familiarity with APIs for integrating analytics platforms with external systems.

Preferred Expertise in Additional Platforms

  • Adobe Target, RT-CDP, AJO, and other marketing automation tools.
  • Exposure to other web analytics platforms, including Heap, Mixpanel, Piwik PRO, and Matomo.
